Check fuel pressure, make sure you're getting spark to the plugs? Spray some brake cleaner in the ACT - Air Charge Temp as you or someone turns it over. It's the 2 wire molex plug in the air intake tube. If it fires then you know you have spark but no fuel, if it doesn't fire, the reverse is true. That's where I'd start.

Don't have to ask it but WTH, we all overlook things - you checked all the wiring for the ignition including grounds & the ground to the block?
I know mine didn't start once because the ground for the fuse box under the hood wasn't hooked up. All the relays had power when we hooked up the tester & checked them (well yeah they had + power because the tester was grounded to the block! that made a complete circuit) lol The relays didn't have that low - ground to make them work.

Could still be a fuel pressure problem.

If the check engine light is on, then you should be able to get the codes read. The codes might give you direction.

Get the codes read & look them up, that's the vehicle telling where issues are. A lot of places will read them for free.
You can look up the codes in here, do a search fo the P0xxx code or whatever it may be.

i got it read and it came up p1351 and it says ignition control module high input explanation engine running and the ecm detected a voltage on the ic circuit in excess of 4.6 volts probable cause failed ignition control module, open or short circuit condition, poor ground through icm but my thing is that i already changed the ignition control module do you think i have to take it off again and get a new one and do you think this could be causing it to do this thanks again
