Default HELP!!! partial electrical loss

i am having a weird problem. i have lost partial electrical power. everything works except the radio and my CB (which is powered via accessory port in the fuse box and grounded to the body.) i checked the fuse to the radio and it wasn't blown so I'm at a loss. i was doing a little mudding this morning, nothing very deep and all was fine. i got home and removed the main air intake hose. restarted the engine and now no radio or CB everything else still works fine. any ideas of WTF happened.

p.s. i also added a spring to the base of my CB antenna.

this is a 1989 s10 4.3L 4x4

using a grounded test light, test both sides of the fuses at the fusebox, if you have voltage then test at the radio harness ( yellow wire) and the back of the cb (power wire). if you have voltage there then test gound by using a powered test light and check grounds.
