blend door actuator switch is what id look at first.

Another member with more experience/knowledge in that area can probably confirm it. But from what you said, thats what i'd see the problem being. You say its either to hot or cold.. warm air is coming through at all times.. its coming from all vents... it really does sound like your blend door isn't working to me.

There might be a DIY in the tech article section for it.. if not im sure there has to be some sort of schematics on it here somewhere.

Ummm I think he has worse {or better, depending} problems.. probably not in heater itself. Doesnt seem to be able to control anything, right? Even the blower, or are you talking airflow while driving?

Guess I'm asking if you can control blower speed. If you can, then check for vacuum into the heater controls

If the blower doesnt work, either then check the IP fuse panel

Thanks senshi09.... @pettyfog my blower motor worked fine at all speeds... It's just a matter of me being able to control the temp... It's either too hot or too cold... And yes I can feel air blowing all the time while driving even with the air off... And lastly air seems to blow out of all vent t the same time... Ac vent, floor vent and window defroster all so....
