new fuel pump still want start PLEASE HELP

If you are "spraying gas" in the "carb"(Throttle Body) then you probably have the intake tubing disconnected. The intake tubing must be installed for the engine to run. The MAF is mounted in the tubing near the air filter box and must be connected to engine.

You should use a gauge for the fuel pressure on the fitting behind Throttle Body to test and read proper pressure.

Don't rule out crank sensor, had a 92 do the exact same symptoms.
