Default New guage issues noted

Well I just started noticing an issue with my guages on my 2003 LS 4 door. When I turn the vehicle off (with and without key removed), the guages dont reset to 0 as normally. If I push the trip odometer reset button everything zeros out showing nothing but when I'm let it go, the guages return to a position as if the vehicle is running. Guages noted to have the issue are battery, oil pressure, and temp guage actually I
increases slightly). Eventually it all stops but I dont know that time frame. Is this normal? If not, any idea as to the culprit? Seems everytime I turn around, it decides to show me something new. Shes a needy vehicle that's for sure. Lol

I have the same in my '00.
A very first time I've noticed that was the lubrication oil pressure gauge. I've shut down the engine and had non-zero pressure indication. A first thought "yay, that's the engine. Even after shut down, still remains the pressure". And few minutes after I've realized its kinda too long to be real. LOL.
When I am shutting down the car, they remain in somewhat random positions. When I turn the key on, they all back go to normal.

yep.

yep. Pretty much what's going on. No engine issues noted. Starts easily every time and all guages return to. Normal upon restarting the vehicle again. Not sure if this is normal and I never noticed it before or an issues that can be fixed.

I have a 98 Blazer 4x4 that is " kinda " doing what yours is doing gauge wise. I have too keep replacing the #15 10 amp fuse. It is located on the dash, driver side where the door opens. Maybe this might help out?
