New ignition lock cylinder won't turn past on. Key not stuck.
New ignition lock cylinder was installed and it was a bitch to change being that I did not have a key.
The two little springy pins that are on the ignition switch that hold the cylinder are stuck in the depressed position.
Would this be the reason that my key turns back and forth but will not turn to the crank position?
If so, how do I get the pins to be unstuck.
The two springy pins I'm referring to are the ones that you typically have to press down to turn the key they're on either side of the cylinder housing
Also, this random connector is broken... what is it and how can I purchase the connector?
