Where? at the FP test schrader ?
The spec is 60 pounds per square inch pressure. That means 'capable of lifting 60 lbs when applied to a one square inch area'.
Measure ID of the test port. Find area in square inches.

But more important .. WHY? Only proper test is with a gauge.

But could this be a fuel problem?

Okay.. it probably is not a fuel problem, per se. But to put a lid on that finger test.. it means nothing.

If it always starts good. And has power at WOT then what you are most likely looking at is a fuel/air problem.
IOW you have a vacuum leak.
Is there anything else that isnt working quite right?
Disconnect and plug the ports for all the tubes to the intake, see it that changes anything.

have you cleaned your egr or swapped it out with another from the mud toy? check back pressure in the exhaust? imho the dist caps can look fine and still be a problem and just cross fire inside... i wouldn't have much faith in a finger test on the fuel port if it was me... egr gave me p0300 code on mine, i know after 95 thier suppose to have a egr code however i don't know how bad it has to be before its triggered.. just thoughts

I've swapped the egr. Its runs the same with any of the 3 sets of plugwires/distributor cap/rotor I have. But it no longer gives the p0300 random misfire code. Now its just a p0171 system too lean(bank 1)
