I have a 2001 4x4 lt 4door. Electric seat adj. only works sporadicaly. It is stuck now and I cant get in it. Also ac shuts off (stops blowing cold air), every once in a while sometimes for many minutes at a time, then is fine for a while, shuts off again. It keeps blowing just not cold. I just purchased this auto 2 weeks ago as is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thx.

 

If the compressor won't stay engaged then your ac is probably low on freon.
As far as the seat... the motor may be failing. Check to see if you are getting voltage to it and if so then try tapping on it with something and see what happens. You can remove it and manually adjust the seat if needed.

 

THX Bandidolenny. Holy Crap, just saw u r from Kerrville. i grew up in Center Point. (practically kerrville). Awsome ride u have there. I should be able to check freon easy enough, hope thats it. I can adjust seat manually if I take the moter off? I have a spare 96 blazer w elect seat ,can steal motor from that maybe huh? Thx again 4 your help. Think Ill go post a profile and see if u have one up. Kerrville's small enough we may know each other.
