Im frustrated with my 1995s OBD 1.5 and I'm wondering if i can upgrade to an OBD 2 pcm from a later year blazer and have it Custom tuned for my 1995. Or is it even worth it....
i just want the extra power and mpg from a tune

That would be a very tall order as no other OBD2 blazer has the fuel system that yours has. Not saying that it wouldn't be possible, but that is going to take someone with great patience and a VERY thorough knowledge of the programming in BOTH pcms. I wish you luck, but I'm not sure you are going to turn up a lot of answers... I think it would probably be easier to swap in the whole motor out of say a '96 of '97 (provided it still had the single peice transmission case).
