New transfer case shift motor???

So I need a new shift motor because mine is appearantly to weak to engage my front axle?? Mine has the 4 buttons with the auto 4wd button. Do i need a particular one or just one that matched my year?? I was looking to get a new one offline for 140$ any help please??

The encoder motor only shifts the transfer case, it does not engage the axle shaft. There is a vacuum actuator under the battery that operates a clutch mechanism that engages the right front axle shaft to the differential output shaft. Select 4WD, engine at idle, there should be manifold vacuum at the actuator and the cable should pull in about 3/4". What year is the vehicle? What model transfer case do you have? On the rear of the case there is a round tag with the model number on it.
