Default No blinkers, wipers, back hatch

So i know this young girl that has a 98 s-10 blazer 2 door. She is out of work and needing help so I told her I would take a look at it. The wipers don’t work and neither do the blinkers so I checked all the fuses and the replaced the relays. Nothing worked. SO I assumed that the blinker / wiper switch was bad and replaced it with a used one. Nothing. So I started messing around with other things and found that the rear wiper and the rear hatch release also do not work. Anyone have any ideas? I am already out the cost of the used blinker switch and they want 160$ for a new one. I am not that great at electrical but I am going to take a test light to the switch its self and make sure it has power and ground to it. Any help would be great.. thanks in advance
