hello im new here, and looking over all this info is very helpful. my problem is the heat, it works but only comes out through the vents no defrost or floor? I have no idea were to begin.

 

Probably a vacuum issue. It's been covered on this forum numerous times. Use the search feature and you'll find lots of info including vacuum diagrams. Good luck!
