I do not show a white plug on your PCM. C1 is Blue, C2 is Red, C3 is Gray, and C4 is Black.

If you are talking about the gray connector (C3), then pin 19 is the ground for the MAP, IAT, Fuel Level Sender, EGR valve, and the TFT (trans fluid temp) sensor. There should not be voltage on that wire.

looking at the black box on passanger side fender well that is what? as i must be confused lol any how there are four large conections and one smaller one looking down on it says white black and bottom two are red blue. I have been knowen to get lost alot not the sharpest tool in the shed lol. after looking at my post sounds like a smart a** sorry really wasn't just trying to figure out if i am on same page with you. found that the 11.88 volts that was found at c3 pin 19 was coming from c2 pin 27 for some reson.
when i unpluged c2 and test in the plug the only thing that has voltage is pins 4-6 and 7, 11.88 volts checked the pins in the box and there is nothing hot there is there supposed to be voltage at those wires coming from trans? c2 pin 4 is 2-3 shift sol. ctrl pin6 is 1-2 shift sol. ctrl and pin 7 is tcc pvm sol. ctrl if there is not supposed to be voltage there what might cause it. also just found that c-1 power feed only shows 2 volts and as soon as i touch the probe to it it starts droping take probe off and wait a minute it will show 2 volts and drop. Tlak about feeling stupid started tring to trace a wire and found a plug bhind the little plastic cover above brake booster was not pluged in tight.

EV= Evaporator system Monitor
O=Oxegen sensor Monitor
OH=oxegen sensor heater monitor
and E=Exhuast Gas Reciculation (EGR) Monitor
