The part I was talking about was not in that diagram, it's a removable part of the dashboard assembly with 3 ***** that only seems to be sold as one part. The guy that owns the vehicle ended up having a spare one that was the right type and worked. I installed that and buttoned the dashboard back up. Everything works perfectly now.
