no power

i have 1998 blazer only sometimes when it is warmed up it will idile up to speed but if you push it to floor its got no power it just boogs what is it had new fuel pump installed and code for evap is on but it did it before it came on

What is the specific code (Pxxxx)? It should not be dismissed.

When was the last time a full tune up was completed (plugs, wires, cap, and rotor)?

Have you cleaned the EGR valve, throttle body (and IAC valve), and the MAF sensor? If not, it is good, cheap preventative maintenance and a dirty MAF can cause the symptoms you describe.
