Does it act the same when you get in it to drive it to work in the morning?

Typical 8-9 hours between when you get to work and when you leave?

What are the weather conditions? Rainy(humid) or dry? Hot or cold?

When was the last time you did a full tune up?

full tune up plugs, wires, cap, rotor, oil, oil filter, air filter, clean MAF sensor with MAF sensor spray cleaner, as far as the weather goes it does not have any affect, here lately in virginia its been wet and rainy, hot and dry it still does this problem religiously

With the engine running, check the fluid level and condition in the transmission.

i checked all that and the fluid is new and smells and looks new it has 73,000 on it now and the transmission was serviced at 69,900, but the problem im having is the engine rpms are not moving at all with the pedal past half throttle, only until it seems to warm up after a minute or two then it seems fine, also my scanner is showing my TPS is 0% at idle and 100% at WOT
