I have a 95 Blazer with 4.3 with the CMFI injection. It will not start. It has good ignition. If I spray starting fluid in the intake plenum it will start and seems to run good while it is started. It had been giving an EGR code so I have replaced the EGR valve it seems to be unrelated. The fuel pump is running and delivering fuel. Although the pressure is at 40 psi, the book calls for 58 to 64 psi. I would assume this is the problem except when it is started it runs and accelerates fine. Where is the pressure regulator on this thing and is it replaced separately from the pump?
