Noticed other probs
I thought i stole my 2000 blazer for the price i paid for it starting to realize why i got it so cheap. First the lowbeams headlights will not shut off drls have been disabled at the relay. Auto on headlights disabled with the 220 ohm resistor. Second the dash cluster. Speedo odom, fuel, and temp gauges not working. Airbag, security, battery and abs lights. High beam indicator is always on. Third the radio and over head compass only light up if the headlight switch is on. Radio only gets the nearsest radio station the annetenna is plugged in. The battery drains over night. I've changed the multifunction and ign switch. The headlight switch is good. Previous owner had aftermarket radio in it changed back to the factory before i bought it. Doesn't look like the harness was hacked. Checked all the fuses and relays they seem to be working properly. I've searched the forum and the problems with the headlights are not the same issues i have. Its pissing me off i may have to break down and take it somewhere. Thats not gonna be cheap
I replaced the mutifunction and the ign switch. before i got the BCM figured out. The part that sucks is the BCM in my other blazer that im parting out was perfectly fine and couldn't use it.
