Default O2 Sensor issues

I drive an early year 1995 Chevy Blazer 4.3L 4dr 4x4 OBDII.

I am in desperate need of an exhaust... BUTTTT I have an O2 sensor before the CAT and after the CAT.

I want to straight up eliminate the CAT (because they are EXPENSIVE). The only issue I have is that second O2 sensor (after the CAT).

I already know about getting it tuned out but that costs A LOT of cash... If I had that much I would just get a new CAT, so that idea is shot down.

I was reading up on the O2 Sensor eliminators and whatnot but I really don't know where I can find them...

SOMEONE HELP ME. Tell me if the O2 sensor eliminators actually work or not and where I can find them.

p.s. Not to be mean... but PLEASE don't lecture me on how cutting out the cat is illegal. I already know it is... I don't care. Its a 95 so I have no emissions.
