I would take it back to the dealership and complain. You could probably check some of the fasteners to make sure that they are tight. Just look around on the door panels for some screws and try to tighten them down (not too tight though).
If you absolutely wanted to fix it yourself, some adhesive backed foam tape on the door frame, on the inside of the door panel edge, would probably fix the problem. I'm going to be going through this in my Bravada at some point. I have a few creaks that are getting worse.
