I'm currently in the process of trying to figure out wether or not the side accent moldings are just glued onto the blazer or if there are some clips holding them on as well, if so can someone please let me know because I am very interested in removing them to give my blazer that real clean shaved look all around, thanks.

Clearcoat thickness
The clearcoat on the vehicle is typically 0.059-0.078mm (1.5-2mils [0.0015-0.0020in]) thick. The clearcoat contains ultraviolet screeners. Removing more than 0.5mils (0.019in) of the clearcoat may result in early paint failure.
