Hey everyone. I am a new member but I have used this forum to fix things before. I have got a few questions I was hoping you guys could help me with. I got the code off of a reader for the MAF sensor and I cleaned it, it turned the check engine light off for several days and then it came back on. Also I got another code about a secondary injection system. I don't know what to do to fix either of these problems so I'm open to suggestions. Also my parking brake light and ABS light stay on but my parking brake doesn't work and I don't know anyone with a scanner to read this. My brakes do make a funny noise sometimes almost like a grind but when it does my brakes don't work so I have to release and apply again. Don't know what the problem is. If anyone could help I would be very greatful thanks!

About your problem, what was the specific code that your PCM has stored? There are a few different codes for the MAF sensor and they all have different diagnostic procedures.

 

What year? What engine? K&N filter? Any recent work? Cleaned MAF with what? Reinstalled the right direction?
