Well I left my truck with my parents for a couple days to use and I get back to using it and I noticed in the driver side mirror that headlights when on look like 6 headlights, 2 above the car and 2 below. And during the day everything looks like it has a slight shadow or some kind of outline, I dont know how to describe it....it almost looks blurry around all of the cars. I know its nothing my parents did at least i dont think it is. Oh yeah I have an 02 blazer with power heated mirrors. I was just wondering if anyone might know what could cause this...I'm assuming something may be wrong with the glass...but really have no idea and dont really want to buy a new mirror if i dont have to....

 

Hm.... Wel there's your first mistake!! lol. I understand what you mean when the mirror is blurry. I have no idea what caused this... Try having someone else look at it to make sure it's not your eyes? That's a start I guess.

 

I have had other people look at it and they see it also....and its only that one mirror, someone suggested that maybe theres something like a grease on it or something I have no idea...but i'm gonna try anything...

 

the heating elements probably messed up. but i dont know, that mirror doesnt heat unless you put on your defroster. actually have no idea, just tryin to help lol

 

Most likely your mirror is delaminating and causing this problem.
