Default Oxygen Sensor fuse keeps blowing

I have a 1998 Blazer and my problems are as follows. About a month ago the truck tried to die climbing a hill. Started to sputter but it stopped after a few minutes. No check engine light. about a week later it did the same thing but it actually died that time. pulled over and it started right back up. now it does it every day and i still have no check engine light. i know it works because ive gotten the p0785 code for shift solenoid. Ive changed the battery, plugs, wires, cap, rotor and ignition switch with all ac delco parts from dealer. still dies without check engine light. noticed today that the oxygen sensor fuse in block under hood was blown. i changed it with a new one and when i went on a drive it was blown again when i got home. what would cause that to keep blowing. could it be related to my truck dying. please help and thank you in advance

Are the wires to your o2 sensor melted to the exhaust pipe?

I'm not seeing any burnt or melted wires. What else could it be. Why wouldn't I get a ses light. Are the o2 sensors even working
