Here is a page from the Actron CP9145 manual.

If I was you I would scan the PIDs available from your vehicle through your Actron. Maybe your Actron will read CMP retard? Or at least some GM enhanced. who knows?

VIEW DATA

The View Data function allows you to view the vehicle's Parameter Identification
(PID) data in real time. As the computer monitors the vehicle, the information is
simultaneously transmitted to the scan tool. Apart from Read Codes, View Data
is the most useful diagnostic function for isolating the cause of a vehicle operation
problem. Viewing data is also used for observing sensor data and the status of
switches, solenoids, and relays.
Selec t View Data from the O BD II
Function List and press (17(5.
T
he scan tool asks the vehicle to provide
3
the global PIDs it supports and generates
a list.
The Select Data To View menu displays.
Select Display Data to view the PIDs or
Change Display Set to change the
number of lines displayed on the screen.
Selecting fewer lines provides faster
update rates. The default is four lines.
Press (17(5 to establish a communication link

Your option is to spend considerably more money.
For those of us that don't have Android access, what would you suggest?

Hire someone to do it for you. Next step after that would be a laptop and autoenginuity software.

OK, the actron just doesn't have the CMP, might be too old a scanner.
Got the car gauge pro to load the PIDs, but on the CMP sensors (and alot of other ones too) it shows "no data".
And O'Riliey's doesn't have a scanner that can read the CMP on anything older than 2000. Guess I'll have to take it to a shop and have the cam retard read.

Now besides the P0300, I also have
P0131-O2 sensor circuit low voltage bank 1 sensor 1
P0151-O2 sensor circuit low voltage bank 2 sensor 1

Could the O2 sensors have been the problem all along or is this something else?

No, not at all - thought you was going to figure out a way to set/adjust your CMP Retard. Looking up info on the O2 sensor codes.

You are really back to where you were at post #28. Captain suggested that you check cam retard, but if you're not able to easily and are now setting PO131 and P0151 and have previously very high fuel trims in addition to the PO300, then it seems you are running very lean at times for some reason - and this is the likely cause of the misfire. It's not that the O2 sensors are bad. In fact they seem to be doing exactly what they are supposed to when your engine is lean enough to misfire. Since PO131 and PO151 are lower numerically than PO300, you start with them first.

There are diagnostic charts and descriptions for P0131 and PO151 in the tech section of this site. You have scanners that will do the live voltage readings required. I suggest that you go through one of the diagnostic charts there (they are identical but for different sensors). Since you already have checked the fuel pump max pressure and verified the leak down, I'm betting you are going to eventually find a vacuum leak somewhere. If it's an intermittent problem (normal fuel trims sometimes) you will have to catch it in the act.

Good luck,

Les

Okay, back at it, Cam retard checked and fine; figured it out, wait for it..... bad battery, replaced battery and now no codes.

Running great but now......
Now my emissions readiness is showing "complete on misfire, fuel system, components; but incomplete for cat, evap sys, O2 sensor, O2 sensor heater and EGR.

any ideas?
I'm about ready to shoot this damn blazer, no can't do that, I've sunk too much $$ into it.
