Pump max output is 107 psi. I used nylon to steel compression fittings on mine last summer. Hold the plastic line under water that's too hot for your finger to soften it before connecting the fitting. Glad to hear you're in the home stretch Doc.

Thanks! My Dorman kit did end up having a nylon line barb connector to metal line compression fitting so I ended up going that route. So basically new nylon line on down from the metal line... So far so good!!
