Default poly or rubber???

I'm going to change the control arm bushings on my 97 4 door 4wd. Just wondering what are the best option?

in my opinion theres pros and cons for both depends on your prefrence like for daily driver or offroading.
Poly is good if you keep them lubed, will handle better than rubber
Rubber will give you more cushion and give you less bind when flexing in offroad situations.

I have a two wheel drive blazer but i just redid the whole front suspension with polygraphite. I also went on energy suspensions website.... well not there particular website but anyhoo there is a difference between the red and the black just make sure you get what your after IMO i chose the black because there impregnated with graphite and do not have to grease them(this is in the control arm bushing BTW). I really felt a difference after i got them done.....lots stiffer!!!!!! BTW the brand i used was PST Performance Suspension Technology. Super nice and shipping was pretty quick. Hope that helped you out some. Good luck!
