Default power acces. circuit breaker overheating

My power door locks stop working, I opened the fuse box and the circuit breaker burnt my hand! I pulled the circuit breaker out. The haynes book I have doesn't have the schmatics for the power door locks in it. It is a 1996 Chevy S10 Blazer 4x4. Any help is appreciated.

Here are the schematics for you:

Do any of the lock switches work? Have you checked the fuse or the circuit breaker?
