Default Problem with 98 Blazer

I hve a 1998 Blazer that jerks on take off and does it again when I get up to 60-80 mph. I have new plugs, wires, dis. cap and rotor buttion in it. It feels like it is going to die on me, then it will take off. Any ideas? It does not do it between shifts, and is auto.

Does it do it between shifts? Is it 5spd or Auto?
If so..not sure if it would help, but you might try a tranny flush?
