Default Problem with door latches

I have a 2003 Blazer with remote keyless entry. The latches on both the driver's and passenger sides are in the locked position, but the doors are open. They will not close. What can be done to fix the latches? Help!

You cannot unlock the latch switch button either manually or with the key fob or the unlock switch on the driver's door?

If I am understanding your situation properly, the latch that closes around the door latch pin on the 'B' pillar has closed, but with the door open (i.e. the latch is not around the latch pin). If this is the case, you need to get a sturdy bar that fits into the opening in the latch mechanism on the door. While holding the door open, push towards the interior side of the door while lifting/pulling the door handle either on the outside or inside of the door. The force combined with the lifting of the handle should pop the latch back open.
