problems as always
well am still havin problems after doin the easy stuff and well now is throwin a P0300 code. and also threw a code for faulty coil wire. i would really appreciate someone helpn me out, especially now that i just found out my wife is pregnant and well i dont want it breakin down on her and the baby. thanks.
this sounded like a carbon copy of what mine was doing. pull the distributer and check the gear on it for wear. mine had alot of slack in the teeth causing the dreaded po 300 code. i changed the distributer and it has ran great eversence
its me again, well ive done all the cheaper routes and well lets say its slowly getting better. the other day my boss noticed that i didnt have a driverside brakelight, and well i tried changin the bulbs, wasnt them so i started to look at the fuses in the car and under the hood i had 2 that were blown under the hood so i replaced and drove home and well 90% of the hesitation was now gone but still no brake light on driverside and only hesitates when cold, or moisture is in the air and at high highway speeds like 70mph. so does any one have any ideas, and also what kind of muffler would give a nice beefy sound if i was going to upgrade that.

Ok, lets get back to basics here. Please respond with a detailed description of the misfire/hesitation problem, a detailed list of what you have done to try to cure the problem (and why you chose to do each item on the list), and any other pertinent information you can supply (codes, etc). As always, please provide your vehicle information somewhere in your post requesting help!
Concerning the brake light problem, the bulb socket(s) could be corroded badly. Have a look down in the socket and see if you can clean up the contacts. Test with a test light for power when the headlights are on as well as when the turn signal is on or the brake pedal is pressed.
