Question 01 Blazer Wiper Blade Issue

On my 2001 Blazer LT is the windshield wiper blade supposed to hang off the passenger side by two inches? Or do I need to get a shorter one? Or can it be adjusted for better contact??? It is really iritating . . . .

If you get the new fancy, "skeleton" free wiper blades and bend the pass side a little they work great and does hang. I forget which ones I have now, but I also like the stock a/c delco blades even though it does hang a bit it works best next to the newer style of blades.

Mine hangs off like that as well and plus the tension in it is slightly crushing it

Interesting, any recommendations on wipers out there, think i know the contoured ones you are talking about, just wasn't sure if they were worth the extra money.

The ones I currently have are the new RainX Lattitudes. Great blades for $17.99 each (Walmart). They come preformed and the driver's side is perfect. It is the passenger's side that is too long (?). I guess I can live with it if need be. I thought about getting a shorter one for that side but did not know how that would look while it was raining. Thoughts anyone????

Doesn't is seem the passanger side always works better, so same size would be good i think. I keep looking at the blades but can't make up my mind which ones to try.

Thumbs up NeoForms

1995-2005 Blazers take 20" wiper blades on both sides front. I'd highly recommend "Trico NeoForm Beam Blades" not only because they're the newer-style, frameless, one-piece wipers, but because its the only brand that comes in a 14" for the rear wiper so you can get a matched set all around. Oh...and they absolutely fricken rock too!! You can get them online for less than the rainx wipers...there's also a rebate on them through 5/15/2010 which makes them WAY cheaper than the rainx.
