radom vaccum line please help

If you see my main post, you'll see why it's so clean. I'm detailing the engine compartment somewhat and the engine is removed. Been a year long project so far.

Definitely. The is no vacuum going to the transfer case vacuum switch so it cannot supply the vacuum to the vacuum actuator under the battery tray. Which in turn pulls the cable that engages the shift fork to lock in your front axle. That may or may not be the only problem. But it's definitely the starting point.
