High 40's is just below perfect... if I am at around 50-60 degrees I am perfectly happy... If I could I would have my room temp set to 56 F all year round...

 

that must get a bit pricey! I just did a lap around my foundation closing the vents and stuffing some insulation around them to keep the joint warmer. I run it at 67-68 and make the kids wear socks because daddy loves them, just not THAT much

I feel for you though Chad. i do still get heat, but my blend door is shot so its hot or cold, one or the other, never both, and there is no optimal setting
