NAPA Belden wires (dark blue) and cap/rotor are good ones. I've got em on mine, my friend Ryan and his dad use them on theirs. No problems with them. Always use AC plugs though.

The fan type noise comes from the middle, where the cd player and all that are....

Also CNYcountrykid, thanks....I will check those out.

He gave me the pressure tester t borrow to check it when its cool and having the issue....I said so if it is low then what, he said New fuel pump.....

I am starting not to trust him....what do you guys think? 50 IS low, right?

If you're talking about key on, engine off pressure then absolutely too low. Work through the steps in 96+ Fuel System Diagnosis

i would try to isolate that p0300 misfire to a single cylinder, or left or right side engine banks, or random multiple cylinders by using a scan tool. Then you'll know what cylinder(s) to focus on. For instance say you had a misfire on cylinders 1,3 and 5. then i would look at what controls that side, I.E. o2 sensor, or leaking intake gasket. but first try to find the cylinder(s) first. It may only be a bad spark plug or wire.

Thanks, I will do that.....this is frustrating.
And no it was Engine ON...running.

OK, just went out and checked the pressure with the key on, engine off.....starts at 60 and goes down to 50.

Did you use the link rridle3 showed you to diagnose your fuel pressure ? It all takes time and patience.
Hopefully you can eliminate some parts replacement by following the diagnosis steps.
