Rear hatch popping when unlocking/shifting in D
When ever my doors are unlocked or I put in in drive, my rear glass pops open. It's becoming more annoying as I drive it. My fix so far has been to just unplug the harness. What I'm planning on doing is splicing in a switch (run to the dashboard) that I can shut the power off to the latch. When I need it open, I can flip the switch and unlock the doors, opening the hatch.
My question is, there's 4 wires in the harness. What one needs to be spliced into for the switch? It's a winter beater, I don't need it to be pretty, it just needs to work.

Yeah and... Nevermind. You can't answer a simple question so I'll move along. I have better things to do than play games with people.
Just for your information, there were changes throughout production... So in this case, the year of your vehicle DOES matter. But continue to be "cute" when people ask questions which help to provide accurate information... Good luck with your issues.
