rear hatch will not open

Default rear hatch will not open
The soliniod is working. There is holes cut in the panel by the latch, but I'm lost on what to pull, push, or move to open hatch. It is a 2000 blazer.

If,as you say, the solonoid is working:Then there is an obvious problem with the various linkage connections all made of PLASTIC! Common failure issue,but an easy fix as well!Do a search!Best of luck!
