Rear Interior Panel Removal ?

I have recently upgraded my stereo and 6 1/2 inch door speakers, in my 2001 2dr Blazer. The stock rear 6x9's just couldn't handle the new power and were blowen days later. To replace the rear speakers it looks like removing the rear interior panels is part of the procedure, right ? Do they come off/go back oneasy ? Any tips or advice for this project ?
