RE: rear windshield wiper washer fluid
It is possible that the pump for the rear wiper has failed. The pump is located in the washer fluid bottle alittle higher than the pump for the front wipers. You should hear a pump up front turn on when the button is pushed. Have someone in the truck with the key just in the 'ON' position turn on the rear wipers and hit the button. If you hear the pump, then you either have a restriction in the line or a disconnected line somewhere between the pump and the rear wiper. If you don't hear the pump, then either the pump is shot or you aren't getting power to the pump either due to a broken wire or a faulty switch.

I liked it better when there was a front and rear container. Less hose to replace if it goes bad. Not to mention how its routed.
