Rear wiper doesn't work - need help

Where can I get the wiper cut out switch? I pulled that out and 1 terminal is really corroded, the others are getting there. Can it just be pulled apart and cleaned?

Your best bet would likely be the dealer. I'd try cleaning it before replacing. What harm could you do? At the very least, you could just jumper the connection for the time being, knowing that you will have to turn the wiper off if you want to open it up with the vehicle running or have it open with the vehicle running.

I'm finally getting back to this. It seems the dome lights do stay on. How do I bypass the cut out switch? Which wires can I jump? I can take any pics you may need.

Disconnect the rear window ajar switch and jumper the wires together. Schematic attached:
