Default Rearview mirror

So my friend was over and was telling me her rearview mirror wasnt snug tight anymore.
I thought it was a simple fix. Get the allen wrench out and tighten the fastener screw.
L.O.L. I thought wrong. Never looked at the new design of the newer models.
Anyone have a tutorial on how to remove/replace the rearview mirror on these styles?
I see there are no screws to tighten and notice a small notch at the bottom of the housing that slides over the mount glued to the window.

Is it loose at the windshield or loose in one of the swivel joints?

It just fits down over a wedge shaped block. Try pushing it down over the block more. If that doesn't work, remove it and see if the mount point on the mirror is cracked or warn out. If it is, replace the whole mirror.
