Veery interesting. Rockauto sells sealed bearings for 1998-2005 Blazers. Yet my Chilton manual (S-series 1994-2001) says repack them every 30,000. What a crazy world we live in.

I used the 1A front bearings. $100 shipped...not sure how long they will last...As I installed the last one, noticed the box said they were Made in China....

I am guessing Chilton wrote that front bearing info for the earlier years /1994--97 ?? / and didn't update it for the later years/1998-2001. The Haynes manuals can be just as confusing.
