Default Regarding anti-lock breaking system

regarding anti-lock breaking system for a 2001 gmc jimmy SLT. At a dead stop, all sensors reading 4 klms per hour at start and vehicle is at a stop. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
ALSO, where are the relays for the ABS system located on this model ?

As you cant really have a POST for ABS sensors the self test is at 3mph.

Yup, normal to read 3mph/4kph at a stop. Relays and fuses are in the underhood fuse panel. There are also relays and solenoids inside the ABS unit, but they are not "user serviceable".
