I've never used EBay, so I can't help you there.
Remove the inside door handle bezel.
Remove the power accessory switch mounting panel, Use a flat-bladed tool in order to carefully pry the cover up at the front leading edge. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the switch.
Remove the switches from the switch mounting panel, if necessary. Then slide the panel forward to remove.
Remove the trim panel armrest screws.
Use a wide, flat screwdriver ir a trim removal tool in order to release the door trim panel retainers.

I broke the mirror off my Sonoma a while back. It wasn't power, so I got a brand new one from Summit Racing for around $45. It was a direct factory replacement. They had the power/heated ones available too, but I didn't check prices. That might be a way to go if you are concerned about buying something from Ebay. That way you can be sure that nothing will be wrong with it, as it will be a brand new part.
