I replaced the front wiper motor pulse board. wipers work great now. But wont park right, or go far enough twards the endge. theres about 7 inchs that dont get wiped. I adjusted the wipers took them off the splines, set them, basically right on the plastic cowl. Now they dont go far enough to to up swing, but then they go down and slam into the cowl. So i adjusted the wipers up a little, they still go about the same up swing, but then park almost half way up the windshield...

any suggestions?
