replacing lights

after you remove both light capsules, how do you split open the capsules to replace the lights ???????

you turn the bulb sideways by pressing the little stopper things in and twisting?

i got out the little bulb on the side of the capsule. i am talking about the headlight, which seems to be in the light capsule itself.
