Default rid of antifreeze smell

I had the joy of changing out the heater core in my blazer a couple of days ago. Is there a easy way to get rid of the antifreeze residue smell coming out of my vents ?

Blower on high, a/c on, but not MAX. Windows open, heat on hottest. Alternate with cold. Let it run for a loooooooong while. Or go for a long drive.

Could try Febreze spayed into air intake at the cowl.

There is a system that the dealership I work at is using with good results. It is called CHI. They are raping the customers for this service, but the results are impressive! Witnessed many horrible stinks from the HVAC system disappear! Also helps if you properly clean the interior as well. Retail(list) at my dealer is $90. Seems to work best on newer units with cabin filters and high pressure systems and superior cabin sealing,so I can't endorse it for a Blazer, but give it a thought!

look up ozium airfreshener spray... spray that into the fresh air intake on the cowl, into the carpet padding ect, a couple times at the most with that and it should clear it out right away.
Its like febreeze on steroids.
