Ok I got to looking at this morning and noticed that with the TBS and the FIPK installed when you close the hood it hits the top of the intake that sits on the throttle body. I opened the hood and started the engine and put it into gear and there was no vibration but with the hood closed there is a vibration so I don't think that it is anything but the vibration of the motor on the hood which is transferring into the cab, other than that its running strong, thanks everyone for the all the hints and ideas of what could cause a problem like this and what is normal.

Good deal, glad that answered the issue. Back to the tbs, I've never seen any verifiable results that they do anything forthe later 4.3's. If it adds height to theintake stack, try removing it and if there is nogenuine loss of performance, I would leave it off and say 'bye to the vibes.

I am going to end up taking it off here in the next couple of days, I really have not noticed a difference in the performance just in the sound (the whistle that is alright sometimes and other times its not alright). But the vibs in the cab are irratating and that is the main reason that it is coming off.

TB spacer whistle hurts my ears... I hate it when vehicles I drive have them, lol.

Especially since they don't do a whole bunch for engines that don't get the fuel from the throttle body...
