Default Rough running under load

Recently I had the distributor mounting holes break on my 2000 Blazer 2 door 4wd engine code W. Consequently, I limped it to a garage to get it worked on. The mechanic there had difficulty installing the new distributor with out it throwing a code that said the distributor was in wrong. Finally he got it in right and now the engine starts and idles nice but when you drive it up the road a bad miss occurs. I believe its throwing a 1345 code. Would this be the cause of the bad miss under load??? I'm not sure my mechanic has the scan tool to do a case relearn if this is the case,,, ha,,, and would a case relearn solve this problem??? The engine ran beautiful before this. It had a new cap, rotor, wires, plugs, MAF sensor cleaned, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

P1345 - Crankshaft Position [CKP] Camshaft Position [CMP] Correlation

Take a read through that. This condition can sometimes be remedied by performing a CASE relearn (aka - Crankshaft Variation Learn or CKP/CMP Correlation relearn) which should be performed whenever the CMP or CKP sensors are replaced.
