RPMs

When driving on the flat ground on the highway I go about 60 mph running 2200 rpms. Is that normal?

What year, what engine, 2WD or 4WD, manual or automatic transmission, and also check your RPO codes, (white sticker in glove box) and post all that start with "G". Each of these items will affect RPM.
